Do I Need Hockey Experience?
No.
QHH welcomes players of all experience levels.
We have players who:
- Have never played before
- Are learning the basics
- Are returning after years away
- Have played competitive hockey

What Skill Level Is Required?
Our programs are designed for a variety of skill levels.
Our goal is to create enjoyable hockey experiences where players can challenge themselves while feeling supported.
What Equipment Do I Need?
On ice programs require full equipment including neck guard and a face cage.

What Are The Dressing Rooms Like?
QHH maintains gender-neutral dressing rooms and benches.
We believe every player deserves to feel comfortable, respected, and included from the moment they arrive at the rink.
Nervous About Joining?
That is completely normal.
Many members joined QHH because they were looking for a hockey environment where they could feel comfortable being themselves.
You do not need to know anyone beforehand.
You do not need to be the best player.
